Ingredients
• For the marinade
1 egg white
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
1tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli paste
250 gms boneless chicken
• 4 tbsp Cooking oil
• 1 tbsp chopped garlic
• Half tbsp chopped ginger
• 1 green chilli
• Some dried red chillies
• A few Cashews
• 1 Diced onion
• Half cup diced capsicum
• 2 tbsp Red chilli paste
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
• Slurry of ½ tsp corn flour in ¼cup water
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp vinegar
• Spring onions
• a little water
Steps
1. first, we will marinate the chicken. For this, in a bowl, take one egg white. Into that, add cornflour. Soya sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli paste and boneless chicken strips. Mix until well combined. Set aside for half an hour.
2. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the marinated chicken. Saute on high flame for 7-8 mins until chicken turns tender.
3. In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp oil again. Toss in chopped garlic and ginger, green chilli, dried red chillies and cashews. Stir around on high flame for 2 minutes.
4. Next, add in diced onions and capsicum. Saute on high flame for a minute
5. For the condiments, add in red chilli paste, black pepper powder, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix until well combined
6. Pour in the cornflour slurry and cook for 1-2 min.
