Egg Bhurji Dhaba Style

A lovely combination of scrambled eggs ans spices and is loved by every foodie.

Ingredients for Egg Bhurji Dhaba Style

3 tbsp oil

2 finely chopped onions

2 tsp kashmiri chilli pd

Little haldi pd

Coriander leaves

2 sliced tomatoes

2 green chillies chopped

Salt to taste

4 eggs

2 boiled grated eggs

1 tbsp ghee

Steps for Egg Bhurji Dhaba Style

â€¢ In a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil and add 2 finely chopped onions.

â€¢ Saute the onions on high flame for 3-4 mins till they become soft.

â€¢ Now add 2 tsp kashmiri chilli pd , little haldi pd and chopped coriander leaves.

â€¢ Mix all the ingredients and saute on low flame for 2 mins.

â€¢ Now add 2 sliced tomatoes, salt to taste and more coriander leaves. Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 5-6 mins.

â€¢ Once the tomatoes are well cooked, add 2 green chillies chopped and 4 eggs.

â€¢ Whisk the eggs along with the other ingredients.

â€¢ Take 2 boiled eggs, grate them and add them to the bhurji.

â€¢ Cook on medium flame till the bhurji is soft and properly cooked.

â€¢ Garnish with more coriander leaves and serve.
