Ingredients for EGG KORMA

For Frying The Boiled Eggs

6 boiled eggs

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder

Salt to taste

2 Tbsp Oil

For Gravy

4-5 Tbsp Oil

2 Bay leaves

1 Cinnamon Stick

4 Cloves

2 Cardamom

1 Tsp Cumin

2 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

Less than 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

2 Tsp Coriander Powder

2 Tbsp Soaked Cashews

1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder

1/2 Fried Onions

1/2 Cup Curd

3 Green Chillies

Steps for EGG KORMA

Take boiled eggs and prick it with a fork from aides so that the masala gets absorbed properly.

Put red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder to the boiled eggs and mix it.

In a pan add 2 Tbsp oil and Fry the boiled eggs for 5 mins.

Heat 4-5 Tbsp oil in kadai, put whole (sabut ) garam masala spices, cumin and fry it for a minute then add ginger-garlic paste and cook it on a low flame for 2-3 mins.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and sauté the masala by adding little water.

Make a fine paste if soaked cashew, fried onions, curds and garam masala powder.

Add this paste to the gravy and slit green chillies in the gravy. Cook until there is a boil and oil separates.

Adjust the consistency of the gravy as per choice.

Add fried boiled eggs and mix it well and cook on low heat for 3-4 mins.

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it hot with roti paratha or naan.
