Mayonnaise is a thick cold sauce used in sandwiches, Salads and as a side dip with French fries.

Ingredients for Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe

1/2 Cup Milk

1/4th Tsp Mustard Powder

1/2 Tsp Sugar

Salt

1 Cup Oil

1 Tsp Vinegar

TO MAKE CHICKEN MAYO SANDWICH

Leftover Chicken

Coriander Leaves

Bread Slices

Steps for Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe

1. Take ½ cup cold Milk add Mustard Powder, Sugar, Salt and Mix it well. Add Little Oil and blend it with Hand blender for 5 minutes.

2. Then Add little Oil and blend it for 5 minutes again. Lastly add the remaining Oil, Vinegar and blend until it turns thick.

3. Store the thick Mayonnaise in an airtight bottle. If refrigerated, it will be fresh for 6-7 days.

4. For Chicken Mayo Sandwich- Take Leftover Chicken add Mayonnaise and Coriander Leaves. Mix it well.

5. Place Bread Slice on a plate cut off its sides and Spread Chicken Mayonnaise mixture evenly. Cover with the other bread slice. Slice it diagonally or vertically and serve it.
