These sliders are a burst of flavor in every bite: authentic tasting juicy, spicy chicken a spicy garlic mayo, and lots of cheese. It truly does not get better than them, and the added bonus is that they are really easy to make.
These Shredded Chicken Sliders pull double duty since they are both a delicious easy dinner or a perfect dish to show up with to a party!
Since the sandwiches are small, it can scale from an appetizer to a full meal so it is perfect for feeding 4 or 24. With only a handful of ingredients, this dish comes together quickly and is a true family pleasing comfort food!
Depending on whether you are making these for an appetizer or a meal will give you different options on how you might want to serve them. Shredded chicken sliders are a simple sweet and savory sandwich, so it is hard to go wrong with what you serve it with.
When you prepare the sliders as an appetizer, you can do it as simply as just piling them on a plate, or make it a little fancier by adding a tooth pick with a cocktail pickle or grape tomato. It makes a really nice presentation if you want to dress it up a little classy type.

Ingredients
Half cup Fresh Coriander
1/4th cup Mint Leaves
2 Green Chilli
Half Lemon Juice
1/4th teaspoon Salt
Ice Cubes
Water
2 tablespoon Oil
1 small Onion
Half cup Cabbage
1 big Capsicum
1 tablespoon Garlic
2 cups Chicken (boiled and shredded)
Half teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
6 Buns
Butter
Spring Onions Green part
Cheese Slice + Mozzarella Cheese

Fresh Coriander
Steps
Take half cup fresh coriander, 1/4th cup mint leaves, 2 green chilli, half lemon juice, 1/4th teaspoon salt, some ice cubes, grind all of them into a fine paste, add little water if required.
By adding ice cubes the colour of the paste will remain green and will not turn black. Grind it and keep it aside.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic sauté for 10 to 20 seconds, then add 1 small chopped onion, half cup chopped cabbage, 1 big chopped capsicum, sauté it on medium flame by stirring for 1 to 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes add 2 cups of boiled and shredded chicken, give a good mix stir it on medium flame.
Now sauté the chicken and veggies for 1 to 2 minutes, add half teaspoon crushed black pepper, the green paste to the chicken mix it well.
Now on high flame keep stirring and mixing till all the water in the chicken mixture is dried, then add 2 tablespoon mayonnaise mix it and off the flame.
Check the salt and chilli at this point, if required add some salt and chopped green chillies if you like spicy. Or you can increase the green chillies, while grinding the green paste if you like spicy.
Take one ladee pav of 6 buns, cut it in between and open it like a book, then apply some butter on the inner side of the pav. Now sprinkle some chopped green spring onion leaves on the green chicken mixture and mix it. Then spread the chicken mixture evenly on the buttered side of the pav, make a thick layer of it.
Then cover the mixture with slice cheese and some grated cheese on top.
Sprinkle some Chilli flakes, mixed herbs on the cheese and then close the ladee pav.
Now place this in a baking dish, brush the upper side of the pav with butter.
Sprinkle some Seasame seeds and chopped corainder leaves on it.
Bake it in the oven on 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
We want the buns to become toasty and cheesy to melt.
Serve it immediately with ketchup or chutney.
