This is hot energy drink which is very healthy.
It has a lot of benefits. Earlier people used to work very hard and were very active as well but these days people get tired and specially children. Therefore this winter season we will make energy drink which will give loads of energy, stamina and boost our immunity. It keeps our body warm and prevents cold and coughs which is prominent in winter season. We will be using a lot of healthy ingredients.

Ingredients
1 litre Milk
10 dried dates
20 to 25 Almonds
Strands of saffron
Crushed almonds
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp jaggery
Roasted lotus seeds
Steps
Wash the dried dates thoroughly; soak them in water for 3 to 4 hours.
After soaking remove them from the water, now you will see that the dates are looking very clean and puffy and swollen.
De-seed the dried dates. Cut the dried dates from the center; remove the seed and the upper top small round part of it.
Take almonds and soak them in hot water for half an hour and them remove them from the water and remove the skin of the almond. By doing this almonds will become a little soft and can be grinded easily.
We are using 1 litre of milk in total. Take half a cup of milk from the 1 litre of milk mentioned in the ingredients.
Now take the seedless dried dates and peeled almonds and put them in a mixer jar and grind them by adding half cup milk to make a thick paste.
After removing half a cup of milk from one litre of milk now boil the remaining milk and add the thick paste of dried dates and almonds to the milk and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on medium flame and keep stirring.
Now take a crusher and put 6 to 7 almonds in it and crush it coarsely and add this crushed almonds and a few strands of saffron to the boiling milk.
Add cinnamon powder and cardamom powder also to it and keep stirring on a low flame till it starts thickening.
As the milk mixture thickens off the flame.
Add 1 tbsp jaggery powder to the milk if you need your energy drink to be sweet. It’s your choice.
Your power house of Energy Drink is ready to be served, garnish it with some roasted lotus seeds.
Dry roast lotus seeds in a hot pan till it turn crispy and when cool down break it with your fingers and garnish on top of this drink.
This Energy Drink is refreshing and highly nutritious made with dry fruits and milk. It’s very good for your health and will boost your immunity.
