Ingredients for KHEEMA EGG TOAST

3 Bread Slices (for 1 toast )

Little Butter

Leftover Kheema

Cheese Slices

1 Egg (each toast)

Salt

Oregano

Chilli flakes

Steps for KHEEMA EGG TOAST

Apply some butter to a bread slice and spread little kheema on the bread slice and cover it with other bread slice.

Then put a slice of cheese on the top of the second bread slice and sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on it.

Take the third slice make round shape hole in between with a glass and keep the round cut bread aside. Apply butter to the bread slice

Put this bread slice on the cheese slice and crack an egg and pour in between the hole you made in the slice.

Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on the egg.

Then place the round cut left slice on the edge side of the sandwich. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on it.

It is ready, you can bake it in oven or air fryer.

Preheat a vessel for 10 mins and place a steel stand in it. Place the sandwiches on it cover with a lid and bake it 15-20 mins on low flame till the egg is cooked and bread is crunchy.

Cut it serve it with chutney or ketchup.
