2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 boiled eggs
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Big Green Chillies (cut in round shape)
For Masala Pav
Little butter
Chilly Flakes
2 pinch Red Chilli Powder
Pav as required
Steps
Put oil in a pan, add cumin, onion and fry till golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato, green chilly, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt and cook on low heat till the tomatoes are mushy and soft.
When the gravy is cooked add little water, coriander leaves and big green chillies as it give a good flavour to the gravy.
Transfer the masala in a bowl and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add little butter, red chilly powder, some coriander leaves and give it a mix and roast the pav with the masala on both the sides.
In the inner side of the pav add the masala and slices of boiled eggs. Sprinkle salt and chilli flakes on it.
Serve it with ketchup, chutney, onion, salad and lemon.
