Ingredients
3 Tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tsp Cumin
2 Onions
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tomatoes
2 Green Chillies
Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Oil
2 Cups Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 Cup Water
300gms boiled Green Peas
1/2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
4 Tbsp Fresh Cream
Steps
1. Heat 3 Tbsp Oil in a wok, put Bay Leaves, Cumin and chopped Onions. Saute it until translucent.
2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté it for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add Tomato Puree( take 2 Tomatoes, Green Chillies and grind it finely).
4. Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Turmeric Powder. Mix it well and let it cook on high flame.
5. Once it starts boiling lower the flame and cover with the lid. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
6. Heat 2 Tsp Oil in a pan, put Fenugreek Leaves and fry 2-3 minutes and off the flame.
7. Tomato mixture is cooked properly and now add ½ cup Water, boiled Green Peas, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Garam Masala Powder, Fresh Cream and fried Fenugreek Leaves. Mix everything properly.
8. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Methi Malai Mutter is ready to serve.
