We bet you cant resist this tasty dish. Flavored eggs rolled in crispy parathas make a great combination.

Ingredients for Mughlai Anda Paratha

150 gms all purpose flour

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

3 eggs

1 small onion chopped

2 green chillies

Coriander leaves

Â½ tsp black pepper pd

1 tsp chilli flakes

Steps for Mughlai Anda Paratha

â€¢ In a bowl ,take 150 gms all purpose flour and add salt according to taste and 1 tbsp oil.

â€¢ Mix all the ingredient and add water little by little knead it into a dough. Cover the lid and keep aside for 20 mins.

â€¢ In another bowl, take 3 whole eggs. Add 1 small onion chopped,2 green chillies chopped, coriander leaves, Â½ tsp black pepper pd and 1 tsp chilli flakes.

â€¢ Beat all the ingredients lightly till they are properly mixed.

â€¢ Now take the dough and knead it once again using hands. Divide the dough into three parts. We can make three pararthas using this dough..

â€¢ Take one piece and spread it into a big size roti using a rolling pin.

â€¢ Heat oil in a pan and place the paratha on it.

â€¢ Now with the help of a ladel add the egg mixture on to it.

â€¢ After adding the egg, fold the sides in such a way that it forms a square. All the sides should be carefully covered so that the egg doesnâ€™t ooze out from the sides.

â€¢ Let the first side cook on low flame. Cover the lid and let it remain for 2-3 mins.

â€¢ Now flip the side and repeat the same.

â€¢ Once both the sides are well cooked, hold the paratha vertically and fry the edges, one at a time.

â€¢ Mughlai anda paratha is ready to be served.
