Mutton Boti Kabab
Ingredients
300 grams Boneless Mutton
1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Salt
Half teaspoon Green Chilli paste
3 big Potatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
Fresh Coriander and Mint Leaves
Spring Onion
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
Bread Crumbs
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Salt

Steps
Boil 300 grams boneless mutton pieces in a pressure cooker by adding one teaspoon ginger garlic paste, one teaspoon salt, half teaspoon green chilli paste, 1/4th cup water.
After boiling dry up all the water that is left in the mutton. The mutton pieces should be very soft so it will be easy to shred them.
Remove the mutton pieces from the pressure cooker, when it cools down shred the mutton into thin pieces, you can grind it in a chopper also.
Boil 3 big size potatoes, mash them add one teaspoon salt, some chopped coriander and mint leaves, some greens of spring onion, one teaspoon Chilli flakes, 1 tsp garam masala powder, one teaspoon chat masala now mix the potato mixture with all these spices.
After mixing it add the shredded mutton to this potato mixture mix it well and combine into a soft dough.
At this point check the salt and chilli if required add some.
Now take a ball of the mixture of Kabab roll it on your palm, flatten it then add grated Mozzarella cheese in between, then fold the sides to make a round Kabab.
The size and shape of the kababs depends on your choice. Prepare the remaining Kababs in the same manner.
Heat oil in a kadai did this Kabab roll them in bread crumbs, then dip in the beaten egg and deep fry till golden brown from both sides.
Your delicious and unique Mutton Boti kabab is ready to serve.
You can enjoy them with chutney or ketchup.
