300gms Mutton Mince
Salt
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4-5 Dried Red Chillies
4 Tbsp Bengal Gram
Pinch Of Turmeric Powder
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Coriander Leaves & Mint Leaves + 1 Green Chilly
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Oil
3 Boiled Eggs
Beaten Eggs +Bread Crumbs
Steps
1. Take a pressure cooker, add the Mutton mince, Onion, Ginger Garlic paste, Dried Red Chillies, Chana Dal, Tumeric Powder and Salt.
2. Mix it well and add 1/2 cup of Water. Pressure cook for 3 or 4 whistles on high flame until cooked.
3. Dry the mixture on high flame and mash with spoon, add Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder and stir till completely dry. Off the flame.
4. Finely chop Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves and Green Chilli.
5. Make a fine paste of the Mutton mixture using a mixer grinder and add Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilli, Lemon juice and oil 1 tsp each.
6. Mix the mutton mixture well, and if not firm, add little Chana Flour/Besan.
7. Grease your hands and take a portion of the mixture and flatten on your palms, add one boiled egg in the center and wrap it well with the mixture. Do the same with the rest.
8. Dip the Kebab in the beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
9. Fry on medium flame until golden brown in color.
