Masala Dahi Wada is composed of only 6 common ingredients. It is a flavorful, eclectic mix of 4 whole spices and two different kinds of salts that gives you the best Masala Dahi Wada.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Clarified Butter
1 teaspoon coarsely grinded Coriander
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
1 teaspoon Ginger
2 Green Chillies
2 big Potatoes
2 tablespoon Green Peas
1 teaspoon Dried Mango Powder
Half teaspoon Black Salt
1/4th teaspoon Salt
1/4th teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/4th teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
2 pinch Turmeric Powder
2 Cup Curds
1 tablespoon Sugar
Half teaspoon Black Salt
Steps
Heat 1 tbsp clarified butter in a kadai, add 1 tsp coarsely grind coriander, 1 tsp coarsely grinded fennel seeds, 1 tsp chopped Ginger, 2 chopped green chillies sauté it for a minute on low flame till a good smell arises.
Then add 2 big mashed potatoes, 2 tbsp boiled green peas, mix it well on medium flame keep mixing and mashing the potatoes with a spatula, then add 1 tsp dried mango powder, half tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp cumin powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala powder, 2 pinch of turmeric powder mix it well on low flame for a minute. Your Potato filling is ready.
Take slices of bread and cut it with the cutter in a round shape.
Take 2 Cup curds add 1 tbsp sugar, half tsp black salt whisk it well to make it smooth.
Now assemble the round bread slices in a dish, then apply some green chutney on each circle of the bread then place a spoon full of potato filling on it then cover other slice of bread on it and press to make a round small tikki.
Prepare all the Bread tikki in the same manner then pour the smooth curds all over the tikkis, then garnish it with some tamarind chutney, green chutney, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chat masala and pomegranate seeds.
It is something unique and different no frying, no hard work, it is very easy and simple recipe with all essential ingredients that you can easily get at your home.
Serve it immediately as a Masala Dahi Wada Chat.

Tips * Use fresh bread for soft texture. *Adjust the chilli according to your taste. *Do not use very sour curds.
