Ingredients
300 Gms Boneless Chicken
1 Egg
Half teaspoon Salt
Half teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
Half teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Green Chilli
Fresh Coriander
2 tablespoon Refined Flour
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
3 tablespoon Mozzarella Cheese
2 tablespoon Oil
Fresh Coriander
Tomato Ketchup
Mozzarella Cheese
Steps
Take 300 Gms Boneless Chicken, cut them into fine small pieces then add One Egg, Half tsp Salt, Half tsp Black Pepper Powder, Half tsp Garlic Powder, 1 chopped green Chilli, Fresh chopped Coriander, 2 tbsp Refined Flour, 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, mix it till well combined.
Your Kabab mixture is ready to Fry.
Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a Pan, with a spoon add the mixture of the Kabab in the hot oil making it in a shape of your choice Big or Small like a Kabab.
Shallow fry the Kababs on Low to Medium flame on one side for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn it to cook on the other side.
Then pour some Tomato Ketchup, some Mozzarella Cheese, some chopped Coriander Leaves then cover and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes then again flip the Kababs and Cook for a Minute. Then off the flame and remove them in a dish.
Serve it Hot with Any Dip or Chutney.

Tips. * Make chicken pieces small to get best results. *Add chillies according to your taste. * Fry the Kebabs on low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side to make sure the kebabs fry evenly and remain tender and juicy throughout. Frying on high heat will make the outside cook faster while leaving the inside.
