Ingredients
Grind these into fine paste
1 tsp Cumin
Some Coriander Leaves
Some Fresh Coconut
10 Garlic Cloves
2 Tomatoes
Tamarind
4-5 Dried Red Chillies
4 tbsp Oil
10-12 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
White Pomfret pieces (1/2 kg)
Fresh Coriander leaves chopped
Steps
Grind cumin, coriander leaves, fresh coconut pieces, tomato, tamarind, garlic cloves and dried red chilli into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a kadai, add curry leaves, the grinded paste, salt and cook on high flame for 1-2 mins. Reduce the flame, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and cook for 8-10 mins till the mixture turns a little dry.
Then add a little water to make curry as per your choice.
Put the fish pieces one by one carefully in the curry and cook for 8-10 mins on low flame to avoid the fish from breaking.
