Quick And Easy Aloo Paratha Recipe
Ingredients
1 Onion
6 Green Chillies
½ inch Ginger
5-6 Garlic Cloves
Few Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
3 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Cup Wheat Flour
Oil For Greasing
Steps
1. Take Onion, Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlic Cloves and Coriander Leaves. Add all the ingredients in the chopper and chopped it finely.
2. Put all the chopped ingredients in the bowl add Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Mashed Potatoes. Mix everything well.
3. Add Lemon Juice and Wheat flour gradually. Knead the mixture into a soft dough (Do not add water in the mixture). Put oil for greasing. Make small balls from the dough. With a rolling pin, roll them into a round shape Parathas.
4. Heat a pan and fry the Parathas on a medium flame. Spread some ghee on the Parathas.
5. Quick and Tasty Aloo Parathas are ready to serve with Green Chutney or Curd.
