Special Cheesy Anda Paratha Recipe

Ingredients for Special Cheesy Anda Paratha Recipe

1 Cup All Purpose Flour (125gms)

2 Eggs

1/4th Tsp Chilli Flakes

Salt

1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 Tbsp Oil

1 Cup Milk (250ml)

2 Green Chillies

1 Onion

1 Tomato

Coriander Leaves

1/4th Tsp Sugar

Pinch Of Baking Powder

? Mozzarella cheese

Steps for Special Cheesy Anda Paratha Recipe

1. In a bowl take 125gms All Purpose Flour, Eggs, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Oil and whisk until well combined.

2. Add milk gradually and mix the batter. The consistency of the batter is neither too thick nor watery.

3. Add chopped Tomato, Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies and Onion. Add Sugar and Pinch of Baking Soda. Mix everything properly.

4. Meanwhile keep the pan for heating. Pour the batter on the pan and cook on medium flame.

5. Flip on the other side. Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for a minute on low flame.

6. Put the grated Mozzarella Cheese on one side of the Paratha. Flip the other side of the Paratha on the cheese.

7. Cover with the lid and let it cook for two minute on low flame until the cheese melts.

8. Special Cheesy Anda Paratha is ready to serve for breakfast.
