1 kg Mutton
250 gms Fresh Curds
½ cup Fried Onions
Salt
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Whole Garam Masala
3 Green Cardamoms
1 Black Cardamom
2 Piece Cinnamons
3-4 Cloves

3 Onions Sliced
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp roasted and crushed Fenugreek leaves
1 cup Water
3-4 Green Chillies Slit

Steps
Marinate the mutton for 2 hours with Curds, Fried Onions, Salt, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder in the above mentioned proportion given in ingredients.
In pressure cooker heat oil, add the whole garam masalas and onions, cook till onions are golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
On low the flame, add Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix it well, put the marinated mutton and stir it well on a high flame for 4-5 mins. Now pressure cook it on high flame till one whistle ,then reduce the flame and cook for 10-12 mins till mutton is tender.
Check mutton if done put it on a high flame and keep stirring till onions are dissolved and the gravy is smooth.
Add 1 cup water, garam masala powder, fenugreek leaves, slit green chillies, mix it and cook it on low flame for 10-12 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves, cover it and let it stay.
