TANDOORI FRY MUTTON BOTI KEBAB
Ingredients
½ kg Mutton
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Besan
1 tbsp Maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (aamchur)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Salt
Green Chillies

Onion rings
Steps
In a pressure cooker put mutton, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt and ¼ cup water and cook it on a high flame till one whistle and then cook it on low flame for 10- 12 mins till mutton is tender.
Then release the pressure of the cooker and check the mutton and if any water is left cook it on high flame to reduce the water till the mutton is dried.
In a bowl take cornflour, besan, maida, Kashmiri red chilli powder, curd, aamchur powder, garam masala powder, salt and make a paste.
Then coat each piece of mutton with this paste and semi fry it in oil by turning, till it gets fried on both sides and remove them from the oil.
In pan heat a little oil, put the potato slices and fry them cover it and cook for some time and then add onion rings and stir.
Sprinkle some salt and stir again till onion rings are little soft, then add the fried mutton, green chillies and stir and cook for 2 minutes cover it.
