300 gms Chicken Mince
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
2 Green Chillies
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Onion
1 Egg
3 Slices Of Bread Soaked In Water
Steps
1. Marinate 300gms Chicken mince add Ginger Garlic Paste, Crushed Coriander Seeds, Green Chillies, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Bengal Gram Flour, Lemon Juice, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, chopped Onion, Egg and Slices Of Bread (pressed and completely remove the water from the bread). Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
2. Grease your hands with little oil and make round shape kebabs.
3. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying. Once the oil is heated, put all the kebabs for fry at medium flame. When one side turns brown, flip and fry the other side at the corner of the Tawa so that less oil is absorbed.
4. Enjoy crispy Tawa Kebabs with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney.
