1 cup Refined Flour
Half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Oil
250 grams Chicken
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Half teaspoon Chaat Masala
Half teaspoon White Pepper Powder
1/4th teaspoon Salt
1/4th teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
Half teaspoon Garlic Powder
Processed Cheese
Fresh Coriander
Steps
To prepare the dough in a bowl take 1 cup refined flour, add half teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon oil knead it by gradually adding hot water and make a semi soft dough of the flour, not very hard and not very soft.
After preparing the dough apply some oil on it, so that the dough does not turn dry.
Cover the bowl and keep it aside for half an hour.
Now take the 250 grams boneless chicken pieces, wash and dry them.
Then place each piece of chicken in a plastic polythene sheet and fold the sheet, then with the help of any heavy object or roller pin beat the chicken to make it flat and thin.
The chicken pieces should be flat and thin, so while rolling them it will be easy and will be cooked easily.
In a bowl add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, half teaspoon chat masala, half teaspoon white pepper powder, 1/4th teaspoon salt, 1/4th teaspoon Garam Masala powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon garlic powder and mix them well, apply this masala to the chicken pieces and marinate the chicken.
Now take the dough and press it to make it soft, then make small ball of the dough and with the rolling pin make a thin round big roti.
Then cut the edges of the round Roti to make it square, then make 4 equal pieces of the square roti by cutting it horizontal and vertical.
Take each square piece of the roti and place one chicken piece in centre of the roti, put some grated Mozzarella cheese on the chicken, some chopped coriander you can add chopped Chilli if you like spicy.
Take some refined flour in a bowl add little water and make a thick slurry to stick the corners of the Roti.
Apply the slurry on the edge of the Roti and then wrap the chicken and roti together to form a toffee shape.
Press the edges, then apply a little slurry on the outer part of the Toffee chicken, then turn the Roti dough like a toffee wrapper to give it a perfect toffee shape.
Prepare the remaining toffee chicken in the same manner and then deep fry them in oil. Keep the flame on low to medium as the chicken is raw inside so it may take time to cook.
Deep fry in medium hot oil on low to medium flame keep turning to brown evenly.
Fry till the toffee turns crispy on both the sides and serve hot with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
