Ingredients for VEG EGG KEBAB

2 tsp ghee

1 Onion (chopped)

½ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

2 Boiled Potatoes

¼ Cup Green Peas (boiled)

Salt

1 tsp Red Chilli powder

1 tsp Chat Masala

¼ tsp Turmeric powder

Some Fresh Corainder leaves

¼ tsp Black Pepper powder

2 Boiled Eggs (sliced)

Chilli flakes

Bread slices (white or brown)

Steps for VEG EGG KEBAB

In a kadai heat ghee, add onions and saute for a minute, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins.

Then add boiled mashed potatoes, green peas, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix it thoroughly to make a soft mixture.

Add corainder leaves and black pepper powder and mix it well.

Cut the bread slices round with the help of a glass.

Spread the potato mixture on the round bread slice and place an egg slice on top of it and sprinkle chilli flakes.

The kebab are ready to bake.

Preheat a vessel for 10 minutes on low flame. Then place a steel stand in it and arrange the kebabs on it one by one. Cover the vessel with a lid and bake it for 5 mins till the breads are crispy.

If you wish to bake it in oven you can bake it on 180 degrees for 4 - 5 mins.

Serve it with ketchup mayonnaise and chutney.
